Happy women day to my MAA .She is the woman of my life.

I was raised in a very protective environment. And it is not imposing in any way.It is about me. The person I am, soft, super sensitive, impractical And of course a dreamer. People close to me have to spin a cocoon around me to make sure that their chrysalis is protected. And I always enjoy being in this quiescence. That's the way I want my life to be.

The other side of the world is really not at all what I was accustomed with. Female foeticide, dowry deaths and domestic abuse such issues I thought is not relevant in civil society. But as time pass I do realise that it is nothing going to do with civilised or not or educated or not. It is the sick mentality behind an individual ,The dark side of a moon, which is yet to be lightened by the solemn rays of the Sun. And so the macabre background of primitive barbarism is so much relevant to its current context as a clear hangover of or suppressive past.

But to blame men for this is totally brainless. These people are criminals. And criminals don't have gender attached to them. Even many women are behind these crimes too.God created man and woman to be together. Each of them have few advantages and disadvantages.But working together is what make it perfect.The International women's day 2014 is spreading the same message "Equality for Women is Progress for All". 

 I really hate this feminazis who believe that all men are idiots and we  the women power and all.By saying so they just make fool of themselves. Without men this universe is as incomplete as without women. By respect the other half is the only way to get respect in return. That does not mean you have to respect the rotten ones too. Just the good, sweet ones, like your father ,brother ,husband, friend, lover or may be an acquaintance who make your life worthwhile.

This is going to be a women's day post and and all I'm doing as it is the men's day . But as a woman when I think about it I only did realise that till date they are persons who have always been celebrating my womanhood as a daughter ,sister and as a wife. They make my life complete.

So that Is what my painting says too , "with all respect and support from men (as indicated in painting as two hands) women(chalice) lead the whole to the eternity(the foetus).

One more thing that 19th November  is The International Men's Day, celebrated in over 60 countries & India is one them.So I think we should celebrate this day with the same integrity.
